Fine bubble diffusers

Operators with lagoons, tanks and basins all want the best possible aeration processes. Aging systems with ailing mechanical surface aerators are highly-visible targets for conversion to efficient oxygen transfer technologies that contribute to energy savings. Conversion to high efficiency fine bubble diffuser technology is understood industry-wide, to be a sound and valid investment. Fine bubble diffuser systems can be installed in fixed, retrievable and floating configurations. The OTT system design offers the unique and patented square diffusion channel at the bottom of our diffusers. Air permeates around the flooded tube body of the diffuser and inflates the EPDM or silicone membrane. Our unique design, uniquely offers a uniform pressure throughout the diffuser such that EVERY PORE opens at the same time. In this way, EVERY PORE is utilized. As EVERY PORE is utilized, the bubble size is uniform over the entire diffuser and diffuser system. This represents the achievement of an ultimate design challenge in fine bubble diffuser design. The high-efficiency OTT diffusers provide uniform bubble size over a wide range of air flow rates.
